On Friday, March 21st, 2025, savor an extraordinary meal crafted by the esteemed Chef Jan Van Haute alongside the rising culinary star, Chef Stephen Burke.
Chef Jan Van Haute, the Chef/Owner of The Inn at Vaucluse, brings a wealth of experience from his illustrious career, having served the Belgian royal family and the Belgian Ambassador, as well as working in multiple Michelin-starred restaurants across Belgium, Japan, and Australia. His journey has also taken him through several renowned inns throughout Virginia.
Joining him is Chef Stephen Burke, formerly of the acclaimed Inn at Little Washington, L’Auberge Provencale, Three Blacksmiths, and most recently, ALIAS.
